Job summary
Spiro seeks a seasoned monday.com Solution Architect to own the enterprise architecture, governance, and evolution of our global monday.com ecosystem. This remote, international role will drive scalable, connected workflows across regions and functions, reporting to our Enterprise Platform Strategy & Architecture team.
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to define standards, roadmap, and adoption strategies, ensuring data integrity and value delivery while supporting a dynamic agency
Qualifications
- Experience as Solution Architect or Enterprise Platform Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of monday.com enterprise capabilities.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise monday.com architecture, ensuring scalable, sustainable solutions aligned to business strategy.
- Define platform standards, design principles, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Develop the platform roadmap, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, AI adoption, and innovation.
- Ensure workflows, data structures, reporting, and integrations operate as a connected enterprise ecosystem.
- Lead governance, Centre of Excellence, and support the Super User community with coaching and direction.
- Design integration strategies between monday.com and key business systems such as CRM, ERP, and BI platforms.
- Communicate platform strategy, opportunities, and value delivered.
