Job summary
Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and administrators responsible for daily operation, engineering, and continuous improvement of Modern Workplace services. You will guide technical design, prioritization, and delivery across Microsoft 365, Intune, and related technologies while maintaining hands-on leadership.

Qualifications
- Seven or more years of progressive experience in Microsoft 365, endpoint engineering, infrastructure, systems administration, Modern Workplace technologies, or related field.
- Three or more years of formal people-management or team leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Modern Workplace engineers and administrators.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration, identity, security, automation, and device-management technologies.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical incidents and architectural decisions.
- Participate in technical discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation when needed.
- Review designs, implementations, scripts, configurations, and operational procedures for quality and security.
