Qualifications

• 4+ years of model risk management related practices and audits.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science, or related field.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and auditing principles.
• Familiar with AI governance standards and privacy/security considerations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness and adoption of AI governance policies enterprise-wide.
• Maintain inventory of models with ownership, risk ratings, and metadata.
• Assess model risk by complexity, regulatory needs, and impact.
• Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks and controls.
• Monitor governance controls, KRIs, and policy compliance; raise issues.
• Support validation, testing scope, findings, and recommendations.
• Participate in governance audits, reviews, and risk assessments.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on AI governance and risk.
• Collaborate with risk, auditors, and external suppliers on documentation.
• Monitor evolving regulatory expectations and adjust governance practices.
