You will collaborate with risk, audit, and governance teams while adapting to evolving regulatory expectations. The position supports a remote-first, home-based work model across multiple states, with opportunities to engage in enterprise risk initiatives and policy

Qualifications

Four+ years in model risk management, risk, or audit.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, data science or related field.
Experience in AI governance, model risk or audit, with potential substitution of experience for degree.

Responsibilities

Promote AI governance policies, standards, and responsible AI practices.
Maintain inventory of AI/ML/GenAI models with ownership and metadata.
Assess model risk by complexity, regulatory impact, and usage; identify AI-related risks.
Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks, controls, and standards.
Monitor model performance, governance controls, KRIs, and policy compliance.
Support model validation by defining scope, documenting findings, and communicating recommendations.
Engage in AI Model Governance oversight activities, audits, and risk assessments.
Develop reports and executive insights on governance, model risk, and control effectiveness.
