Job summary

Cox Automotive is hiring Mobile Inspectors to perform on-site vehicle inspections across dealer lots within an assigned territory. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, safety, and professional client engagement to grow participation in mobile inspection services.

We offer level-based positions (1-2-Senior) with hourly pay ranges and potential incentives. A valid driver's license and the ability to work with minimal supervision are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimal automotive knowledge preferred.
• 0–1 years automotive experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required.
• Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections per Manheim standards.
• Document vehicle condition accurately in inspection systems.
• Safely move and handle vehicles on dealer lots.
• Build relationships with dealer clients and educate on Manheim services.
• Submit daily activity and production reports; use Salesforce for tracking.
