Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking Mobile Inspectors to perform on-site vehicle condition inspections for dealer clients within an assigned territory. Inspectors document condition accurately per Manheim standards and act as brand ambassadors to grow participation in mobile services.

Roles span Level 1 to Senior, with escalating responsibilities in inspection complexity, client engagement, and territory management. Strong driving history and ability to work with minimal supervision are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements vary by level and experience.
• Automotive knowledge is preferred (body and mechanical).
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document condition per standards.
• Build and maintain dealer client relationships and drive inspection volume.
• Prepare daily activity and production reports; use Salesforce for reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to support client success and process improvements.
• Maintain safety and adhere to inspection standards and policies.
