Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years in a people leadership role with a track record of developing teams.
• Valid state driver license, 3-year MVR review, and eligibility to obtain Driver Qualification File.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to interstate operating authority.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, performance management, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach a team of mobile fleet technicians to drive performance and growth.
• Establish a high‑performance culture through ongoing coaching and career development.
• Own market performance including productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Monitor metrics, reports, and records to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead onboarding for new technicians and ramp‑up for market expansion.
• Collaborate with dispatch, parts, and billing to align operations with growth strategy.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, safety, and environmental standards.
