Cox Fleet is seeking a Mobile Technician Manager to join the management team and support future growth. You will lead a team of mobile fleet technicians, coach and mentor staff, and drive productivity, customer satisfaction and revenue growth in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities include onboarding, safety compliance, cross-functional collaboration with dispatch, parts, and billing, and developing market growth strategies while ensuring operational excellence and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years in a people leadership role with a proven track record of developing teams and driving performance.
• Safe drivers with valid license and ability to obtain Driver Qualification File.
• 21+ years old due to interstate operating authority.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and change leadership skills in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of mobile fleet technicians, providing hands-on leadership to drive people development and business performance.
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, mentorship and career development conversations.
• Own market-level performance including productivity, customer satisfaction and revenue growth while pursuing new service opportunities.
• Review metrics, reports, and safety records to drive continuous improvement and scalable operations.
