Job summary

VINCI Facilities are seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to support a national EV charging contract across Northampton and surrounding counties. The role offers full training and involves working from home with coverage of customer sites in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and surrounding regions.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, electrical fault finding and on-site servicing. The position requires NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds, 18th Edition and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified with hands-on fault-finding experience.
• Customer-focused approach and driving licence required.
• Professional electrical qualifications as listed.

Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance and fault finding.
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical assets.
• Service and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure.
• Completing remedial works after inspections.
• Attending emergency breakdowns and call-outs.
• Recording work via mobile technology.
• Supporting minor site maintenance activities when required.
