Responsibilities

• Provide on-call services during working hours Monday-Friday for mobile crisis calls in the Black Hawk and surrounding counties.
• Complete in-person and phone follow-ups with crisis response clients.
• Collaborate with community partners regarding follow-ups and mobile crisis services.
• Provide patient-centered care and maintain positive regard for all clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record.
• Remain available to clients via phone during working hours.
• Provide referrals for services as needed.
