Job summary

Revance Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a forward-thinking Product Lead to define vision and drive a zero-to-one loyalty and commerce platform across web and mobile, reporting to the VP of Product & Data.

This remote, US-based role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, agile delivery, data-driven decision-making, and strong collaboration with engineering, design, and analytics to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years in Product Management with B2C/B2B experience in loyalty, commerce or marketplaces.
Strong technical literacy and experience partnering with engineers on APIs and data models.
Proven track record shipping from zero-to-one and iterating based on results.

Responsibilities

Define the product vision, strategic bets, and outcome-based roadmap for loyalty and commerce experiences across web/app.
Partner with stakeholders to align product direction with broader digital strategy and growth goals.
Establish outcome-based OKRs and KPIs to drive enrollments, engagement, retention, and LTV.
Lead end-to-end delivery including discovery, UX/design, development, QA, and launch.
Own prioritization and trade-offs within a cross-functional pod (Engineering, Design, Data, QA).
Ensure scalability, security, and regulatory compliance across platforms.
