Job summary

eLEND is seeking a Mortgage Licensing Analyst to manage company, branch, and MLO licensing across states. You will oversee MU filings, track renewals, and ensure timely regulatory reporting while partnering with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and MLO teams to maintain ongoing licensing compliance.

The role emphasizes proactive issue resolution, accurate recordkeeping, and clear guidance to MLOs and internal stakeholders to support uninterrupted mortgage operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience with NMLS, company licensing, and MLO licensing.
• Strong understanding of mortgage licensing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing company, branch, and individual licensing activities.

Responsibilities

• Review and submit MU1, MU2, MU3 filings and licensing amendments.
• Maintain accurate licensing records for company, branch, and individual MLO licenses.
• Coordinate licensing renewals across states and monitor deadlines.
• Provide guidance to MLOs and internal stakeholders on licensing requirements.
• Respond to licensing questions and support regulatory inquiries.
