Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Operations Manager to lead deployment and monitoring of enterprise ML solutions. You will mentor a team of ML engineers and data engineers, aligning AI initiatives with business goals.

You will drive responsible AI practices, oversee cross-functional collaboration, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across clinical and technical domains. Remote/hybrid options with travel are available.
