Job summary

Intermountain Health and Select Health are seeking a hands-on Machine Learning Operations Manager to oversee deployment and monitoring of enterprise ML products. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering ML operations infrastructure and solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of ML methodologies and frameworks including agentic systems.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL, etc.
• Experience with ML production frameworks including Spark, TensorFlow, MLFlow, LangChain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic direction of the MLOps tech stack.
• Lead AI/ML engineering, data engineering, software eng., cybersecurity, cloud ops.
• Ensure Responsible AI monitoring and evaluation of ML solutions.
• Guide AI/ML roadmap and strategy with cross-functional leaders.
• Coordinate ML ops and data engineering product development.
• Build and train high-performing ML engineering teams.
• Mentor ML ops leads and promote best practices.
• Drive project delivery meeting clinical, business, and tech needs.
• Integrate ML solutions into enterprise processes with governance.
