Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a hands-on Machine Learning Operations Manager to lead deployment and monitoring of enterprise ML products. You will mentor a team of MLOps and data engineers, align with business goals, and drive responsible AI across modules.

The role emphasizes strategic direction of the MLOps stack, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery that meets clinical and technical needs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and implementing successful MLOps infrastructure and solutions.
• CI/CD with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of ML methodologies, algorithms, and frameworks.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL and ML production tools (Spark, TensorFlow, MLFlow, LangChain).

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and monitoring of enterprise ML solutions.
• Lead ML engineering, data engineering, and related teams across the company.
• Define and execute on AI/ML strategic vision and roadmap.
• Mentor and coach team leads, ensuring best practices and alignment.
• Manage portfolio delivery meeting clinical, business, and technical needs.
