Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a hands-on Machine Learning Operations Manager to lead deployment and monitoring of enterprise ML products. This remote role supports Select Health and collaborates across AI, data engineering, software, and security teams to drive cost reductions and better member outcomes.

You will mentor ML engineers, shape the MLOps roadmap, ensure responsible AI practices, and deliver projects that meet clinical, business, and technical needs while enabling agile innovation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering ML operations infrastructure and solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Strong leadership to motivate and guide high-performing teams.
