Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Machine Learning Operations Manager to lead deployment and monitoring of enterprise ML solutions. You will mentor ML and data engineers, drive the MLOps roadmap, and partner with cybersecurity and cloud teams to ensure scalable, responsible AI across the organization.

The role emphasizes strategic direction, team leadership, and collaboration with senior leaders while supporting innovation in healthcare analytics and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Delivery of ML ops infrastructure and solutions.
• CI/CD with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• IaC with Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Strong leadership to motivate teams.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of ML methodologies, algorithms, and frameworks incl. agentic systems.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL.
• Experience with Spark, TensorFlow, MLFlow, LangChain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and monitoring of enterprise ML products.
• Lead and mentor ML ops engineers and data engineers.
