Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS degree and 8+ years of experience managing large IT programs.
• Experience supervising or leading teams and coordinating complex schedules.
• Ability to communicate with senior DoD/government executives.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and staffing on SMIT with a focus on vulnerability management.
• Develops and tracks staffing metrics such as openings and onboarding.
• Plans human logistics with government for IT remediation projects.
• Maintains relationships with Government Access Lead and mission owners.
• Owns the rolling master schedule (4-week firm/12-week plan).
• Manages site access, maintenance windows, and post-deployment validation.
• Builds site access profiles and measures credential lead times.
• Delivers site access go/no-go recommendations.
• Resolves competing window demands across sites.
• Escalates access constraints to Government Access Lead.
• Allocates resources between sites as needed.
• Communicates critical program updates to NMCI leadership.
• Builds relationships with customer and Leidos peers to mitigate risk.
• Documents impact thresholds and verification criteria.
• Establishes claimant fatigue index and baselines.
