Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Execution Lead to drive vulnerability remediation and refresh projects for the Naval Enterprise Network under the SMIT program. You will oversee the day‑to‑day management of the vulnerability management crew and FBNE staff, ensuring on‑time task completion and strong risk mitigation.

In this role you will interact with senior NMCI leadership and government officials, coordinate 12‑week planning, and maintain performance dashboards while safeguarding SAAR‑N/PAA compliance.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II certification required prior to onboarding (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP, CISA, GSEC).
• BA/BS with 8+ years of relevant experience or MS/MBA with 6+ years; additional years may be accepted.
• Leadership responsibilities in a large-matrixed organization; excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT remediation and refresh projects across locations, prioritizing resources to meet deployments and operations.
• Direct interface with senior Government officials and NMCI leadership.
• Manage vulnerability management staff (10–15 direct reports) and ensure timely remediation and reporting.
