Job summary

Momentive Software in the United States seeks an MIP Accounting support specialist to assist clerks, auditors and finance staff with GL basics and platform questions.

You will respond to tickets, collaborate with teams, and help reduce recurring issues with knowledge articles while delivering empathetic, accurate service.

Strong communication and problem solving, plus familiarity with MIP Accounting and Office 365, are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year degree in Accounting or 2 years Accounting work experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Experience using MIP Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to customer service inquiries via product ticket system.
• Identify and replicate errors and defects through phone/web/chat to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to provide resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Provide customer feedback to management through regular team meetings.
• Suggest knowledge base articles or solutions to reduce ticket volume.
