Job summary

Momentive Software, Inc. is seeking a customer support professional with accounting knowledge to assist users of our cloud-based software.

You will respond to inquiries via ticketing systems and other channels, help identify and replicate issues, and collaborate with team members to provide timely resolutions. The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience and familiarity with MIP Accounting and Microsoft Office 365.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 2-year accounting degree or 2 years accounting experience.
• 1-2 years customer service experience required.
• Experience using MIP Accounting is a must.
• Basic knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to learn and use basic office software applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service inquiries via ticket system and other channels.
• Identify and reproduce errors to support resolution.
• Collaborate with team to provide solutions to inquiries.
• Provide customer feedback to management in meetings.
• Suggest KB articles or solutions to reduce ticket volume.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with proactive responses.
• Assist with product questions via phone, web, chat.
• Interpret accounting questions for users and provide guidance.
• Understand how accounting transactions affect financial reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
