Valmet is seeking a Mill Sales Manager to lead sales in the Pulp & Paper sector. The territory covers Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. You will coordinate upgrades, rebuilds, repairs, and parts while partnering with customers and internal experts to deliver the right solutions on time.

You will drive marketing and brand efforts, manage customer accounts, and provide forecasts and budgets. A degree plus 5–10 years of related experience is required, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of related technical or commercial experience.
• Equivalent education with sales experience will be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate equipment upgrades, rebuilds, repairs, and parts within territory.
• Promote and sell Valmet's full offering to customers in the region.
• Provide sales updates, projections, bookings, and related activities.
• Lead audits, on-site services, and data collection for customers.
• Develop territory sales forecast and analyze market growth.
