Valmet seeks a Mill Sales Manager to lead territory sales in Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula, promoting the full Valmet offering to pulp and paper customers. You will manage relationships, scope upgrades, rebuilds, repairs and parts while coordinating with internal experts to ensure best-fit solutions.

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science/Business and 5–10 years in technical sales, with strong communication, audits, data collection and forecasting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Business with 5–10 years of technical sales experience in pulp & paper.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading audits, on-site services, data collection and customer support.
• Ability to develop territory sales forecasts and analyze competitors.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate equipment upgrades, rebuilds, repairs and parts within territory.
• Promote and sell Valmet offerings while building customer relationships.
• Provide regular updates on sales, bookings, proposals and costs.
