Job summary

Pixelle Speciality Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sales Territory Manager for the Midwest region. Based in Spring Grove, PA, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts and strategic partners, while expanding market share across the Mid-West.

You will manage territory planning, forecast demand, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product mix and profitability, traveling extensively to meet customers and drive growth in a dynamic industrial

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage a territory independently and travel extensively.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts and strategic partners.
Manage relationships with merchants, converters, commercial printers, and end-user accounts in the Mid-West.
Identify opportunities to grow sales, expand market share, and optimize profitability.
Coordinate territory sales plans, forecasts, and customer reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve service.
