Job summary

Platinum Tooling Technologies Inc. is seeking a remote Regional Sales Manager for the Great Lakes region.

You will drive sales growth, manage rep groups, and build relationships with OEMs, machine tool dealers, distributors, and end users across automotive, aerospace, medical, firearms, and energy sectors. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying opportunities, delivering product presentations and technical demonstrations, preparing quotations, and negotiating pricing.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional or territory sales management within manufacturing or tooling sectors.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end users.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data, forecast demand, and plan to grow market share.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the multi-state territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of automotive, aerospace, or energy sectors is beneficial.

Responsibilities
