Block is seeking a seasoned sales professional to own a portfolio of mid-market opportunities from prospecting to launch. You will develop account plans, coordinate cross-functional deal teams, and build merchant-specific business cases linking Cash App Pay and Afterpay to customer growth.

You’ll lead discovery with technical stakeholders, negotiate terms, and drive pipeline velocity, with pay bands that vary by U.S. zone. Remote-friendly roles are available across the country.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle B2B sales or related go-to-market roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota on mid-market deals.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline-generation skills through outbound, referrals, events.

Responsibilities

• Own mid-market opportunities from prospecting through negotiation, contracting, and launch.
• Develop account plans, identify decision-makers, blockers, and revenue opportunities.
• Build pipeline via outbound outreach, market research, and partner introductions.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders to understand priorities, needs, and requirements.
• Create business cases linking Cash App Pay and Afterpay capabilities to growth goals.
• Coordinate deal teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Sales.
• Maintain accurate data, forecasts, and pipeline in Salesforce and related systems.
