Job summary

Popl seeks an experienced Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of mid-market accounts, ensuring onboarding, adoption, and value realization. You will report to the Director of Customer Success and collaborate with customers, internal teams, and decision-makers to drive gross revenue retention, usage, and satisfaction within your accounts.

This fully remote role emphasizes proactive health tracking, quarterly business reviews, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Background in SaaS/tech with mid-market accounts ($10K–$100K ARR).
• Customer-focused, strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven with ability to track health metrics and outcomes.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot and CS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and drive adoption for mid-market clients.
• Monitor health metrics, address risks, and ensure long-term success.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct virtual training and share best practices to maximize usage.
• Lead quarterly or semi-annual business reviews.
• Support renewal conversations and identify expansion opportunities.
• Advocate for customers and relay feedback to Product/Sales/Marketing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and standardize CS processes.
• Create and promote CS best practices across accounts.
