Job summary

Wild Tribute is seeking a Southeast Territory Sales Manager, focused on wholesale growth across VA, NC, SC, GA, AL, and FL. You will open new doors, strengthen partnerships, and represent the brand at trade shows while traveling around 50% of the time.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, CRM proficiency, and a passion for outdoor brands. Based remotely in the Southeast, frequent travel and weekend availability are expected to support key accounts and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience outside or with client relationships.
• Must reside within the assigned territory and have a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools (Badger, MS Office, HubSpot).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; mature demeanor.
• Self-starter who can manage a territory with limited oversight.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and attend trade shows.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant sales experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Scout the territory and pursue new wholesale accounts across gift, resort, and outdoor retailers.
• Develop sales plans to convert opportunities into signed deals.
• Maintain lasting partnerships and be the primary contact for accounts.
• Represent Wild Tribute at trade shows and run company booths.
• Track activity, opportunities, and accounts using CRM and tools.
• Collaborate with designers to create on-trend graphics for programs.
• Provide standout service and respond to client needs, including some after-hours.
