2020 Companies seeks an Intel Certified Lead Trainer to translate complex product information into engaging learning experiences. You will certify and coach trainers, support high-visibility launches, and work with Intel and partners to ensure consistent delivery across the program.

The role demands expertise in instructor-led and virtual training, with 3+ years of experience, and willingness to travel up to 40% domestically. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience delivering and supporting dynamic training programs.
• Ability to translate technical product information into customer benefits and sales conversations.
• Strong project management, presentation, written communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead facilitator and SME for Intel product, technology, brand, and retail sales training.
• Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended sessions for trainers, field teams, and partners.
• Lead train-the-trainer and certification activities; assess facilitator readiness and coach.
• Develop the annual training strategy, launch plans, learning calendar, and priorities with Intel leaders.
• Review, localize, and maintain training materials, guides, e-learning, and knowledge assessments.
• Coordinate training events, product launches, and other initiatives to create effective learning.
• Track completion, certification, knowledge gain, learner feedback, and suggest improvements.
