GovCIO is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Intune Systems Administrator to modernize our multi-platform endpoint ecosystem. You will design, deploy, and maintain zero-touch enrollment, configuration profiles, and compliance policies across Windows, macOS, and iOS devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent IT experience.
• 12+ years of system administration experience.
• 3–5+ years in Enterprise Endpoint Management, with 2+ years in Intune.
• Hands-on ABM integration with Intune and VPP app management.
• Experience with Autopilot, BitLocker, and FileVault.
• Familiar with PowerShell scripting and Win32 packaging.

Responsibilities

• Configure zero-touch enrollment across Windows, macOS, and iOS devices.
• Define Windows baseline policies and MDM payloads; manage scripts.
• Package, test, and deploy applications across platforms.
• Implement Conditional Access and MAM/Device policies.
• Monitor device compliance and security baselines; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain technical documentation and end-user guides.
