Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Systems Administrator to manage and modernize our multi‑platform endpoint ecosystem under the HUD contract. You will design, deploy, and maintain zero‑touch enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app packaging across Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS.

You will work in a fully remote role within the United States, with a focus on Unified Endpoint Management, ABM integration, Windows Autopilot, and cloud‑first security baselines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in IT or a related field.
• 12+ years of system administration experience is preferred.
• 3–5+ years in Enterprise Endpoint Management with 2+ years in Intune/Endpoint Manager.

Responsibilities

• Multi-platform device lifecycle management, including zero-touch onboarding for Windows Autopilot and ABM enrollment.
• Packaging, testing, and deployment of apps across Windows, macOS, and iOS.
• Implementing and maintaining security baselines, including BitLocker and FileVault.
• Configure and manage Windows baseline policies, PowerShell scripts, and Remediation scripts.
• Tier 3 escalation support and ongoing monitoring of device compliance and security.
