Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Systems Administrator to manage and modernize a multi‑platform endpoint ecosystem for a HUD contract. The role covers zero‑touch enrollment, ABM integration, Intune/Autopilot configuration, and security baselines across Windows, macOS, and iOS devices.

The candidate will implement policy, packaging, and deployment workflows, monitor compliance, and serve as Tier 3 support while maintaining thorough documentation and end‑user guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive system administration experience.
• 12+ years of system administration experience
• 3–5+ years in Enterprise Endpoint Management, with at least 2+ years in Intune/Endpoint Manager
• Hands-on ABM integration with Intune, VPP app management, and FileVault management
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, PowerShell scripting, Win32 packaging, and Entra ID integration
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, RBAC, and Endpoint Security baselines
• Experience configuring iOS/iPadOS devices, Supervision, MAM without enrollment, and Company Portal deployment

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain zero-touch onboarding for Windows Autopilot, ABM, and iOS/iPadOS enrollment
• Manage macOS configuration profiles, MDM payloads, and Bash scripts for custom settings
• Define and manage Windows baseline policies, templates, PowerShell scripts, and remediation scripts
• Package, test, and deploy applications across Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms
• Maintain patching schedules and automated software update workflows
• Implement Conditional Access policies, App Protection Policies, and Defender for Endpoint integration
• Manage disk encryption standards (BitLocker, FileVault)
• Configure SSO for macOS endpoints
• Act as Tier 3 escalation for endpoint-related issues
• Monitor tenant health, compliance, and remediation of non-compliant assets
• Maintain technical documentation and end-user enrollment guides
