Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Systems Administrator to manage and modernize a multi-platform endpoint ecosystem for a HUD contract. You will design, deploy, and maintain zero-touch enrollment, configuration profiles, and compliance policies across Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS, with a cloud-first security baseline.

The role is fully remote within the United States. You will apply UEM best practices, handle policy enforcement, application packaging, and ongoing security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of system administration experience or commensurate experience.
• 3–5+ years in Enterprise Endpoint Management, with at least 2+ years in Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Hands-on experience integrating ABM with Intune, VPP, FileVault, and Bash scripts on macOS; JAMF knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, PowerShell, Win32 packaging, and Entra ID integration.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain zero-touch onboarding for Windows Autopilot, ABM, and iOS/iPadOS enrollment.
• Define and manage Windows baseline policies, MDM payloads, and PowerShell scripts.
• Package, test, and deploy applications across Windows, macOS, and iOS; maintain patching schedules.
• Implement CA policies, MAM, and compliance policies; monitor security baselines and endpoints.
