Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Systems Administrator to manage a multi‑platform endpoint environment for a HUD contract. You will design zero‑touch enrollment, configure profiles, and ensure compliance across Windows, macOS, and iOS devices.

The role emphasizes hands‑on expertise in UEM, ABM integration, Windows Autopilot, and cloud‑first security baselines, with remote work in the United States and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of system administration experience
• 3–5+ years in Enterprise Endpoint Management with at least 2 years in Intune/Endpoint Manager
• Hands-on experience integrating ABM with Intune and VPP app management
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, PowerShell scripting, Win32 packaging and Entra ID integration
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, RBAC, and security baselines
• Experience configuring iOS/iPadOS devices, Supervision, and App Protection Policies

Responsibilities

• Configure zero-touch onboarding for Windows Autopilot and ABM enrollment
• Manage macOS MDM payloads and Bash scripts for custom settings
• Define and manage Windows baseline policies and PowerShell scripts
• Package, test, and deploy apps across Windows, macOS, and iOS
• Maintain patch schedules and automated update workflows
• Implement Conditional Access policies and MAM/Defender for Endpoint
• Manage BitLocker and FileVault encryption
• Configure identity integrations and Platform SSO for macOS
• Act as Tier 3 escalation and monitor tenant health and security
• Maintain technical docs and end-user self-service guides
