Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Microsoft Infrastructure Administrator to support a federal environment. This remote role requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust and supports Microsoft 365, Azure Government, Entra identity, and endpoint management across CLIENT's enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in Microsoft infrastructure, strong security/compliance focus, and the ability to operate independently while aligning with ITIL

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on enterprise Microsoft infrastructure administration experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra in Federal or comparable enterprise environment.
• Experience with Microsoft endpoint management using Intune.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture in Microsoft platforms.
• Experience with FedRAMP‑authorized Microsoft services and Federal security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administration and support for Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Manage Azure Government and Entra identity services, including MFA and conditional access.
• Support endpoint management with Intune and Defender for Endpoint configurations.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance per NIST SP 800‑53 and FedRAMP.
• Coordinate with NOC/Service Desk and escalate complex issues as needed.
