Job summary

Kokosing is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert to optimize a hybrid IT environment in Ohio. You will manage Azure and Microsoft 365 tenants, enforce security controls, and support identity, collaboration, and endpoint services across the enterprise.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and PowerShell experience, with a focus on MFA, Conditional Access, and governance for 1,000+ user environments. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of systems administration experience.
• 3+ years administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• 3+ years supporting Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid identity architecture and MFA/Conditional Access.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure and Microsoft 365 tenant administration to support and optimize a hybrid enterprise IT environment. This role is responsible for administering cloud infrastructure, identity and access management, endpoint services, collaboration platforms, and security/compliance controls across Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing Azure services, Microsoft 365 environments, hybrid Active Directory integrations, automation, and enterprise security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Azure Cloud Administration
  • Administer and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services
  • Manage Azure Virtual Machines, networking, firewall, storage accounts, and resource groups
  • Configure and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
  • Monitor Azure resource utilization, performance, and cost optimization
  • Support Azure backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions
  • Implement and maintain Azure security controls and Conditional Access policies
