Job summary

Kokosing is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert to optimize a hybrid IT environment in Ohio. You will manage Azure and Microsoft 365 tenants, enforce security controls, and support identity, collaboration, and endpoint services across the enterprise.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and PowerShell experience, with a focus on MFA, Conditional Access, and governance for 1,000+ user environments. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of systems administration experience.
• 3+ years administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• 3+ years supporting Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid identity architecture and MFA/Conditional Access.
• Experience implementing security and compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
• Manage Azure Virtual Machines, networking, storage, and resource groups.
• Configure and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Monitor usage, performance, and cost optimization.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenants including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive.
• Support identity, access management, and security controls.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell; participate in incident response.
