Job summary
HYDAC International is seeking a Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator to join our Customer Service team, supporting Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform across the USA. You will learn from a seasoned CRM Administrator, gain hands-on ownership from day one, and contribute to day-to-day administration, reporting, and user support.
Location options include Bethlehem, PA headquarters or fully remote nationwide, with mentoring and opportunities to advance into senior CRM or Power Platform
Qualifications
- Current Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification(s).
- 1–2 years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365/Power Platform.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
Responsibilities
- Administer users, licenses, roles, and security in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.
- Build and monitor Power Automate flows to support processes.
- Provide Tier 1/2 support and log/triage CRM tickets.
- Perform data imports/exports and maintain data accuracy.
- Assist in testing releases and document results; train users.
