Job summary

Intercity Technology is seeking a Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to lead implementation, migration and optimisation of the Microsoft 365 suite for customer projects. You’ll cover Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online and Viva while also advising on Entra ID, Purview and Copilot.

This remote-first role requires travel to the Meppershall office and occasional customer site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions in customer-facing environments.
• Ability to deliver technical projects and solution implementations with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex Microsoft 365 concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft 365 implementation, migration and optimisation projects for customers.
• Act as SME across Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Entra ID, Purview and Copilot.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and operational handover materials.
