Job summary

Full Visibility LLC is seeking a remote, part-time Microsoft 365 Systems & IT Generalist to maintain Entra ID, Intune, Sentinel, and M365 licensing. This role supports identity controls, endpoint management, and security monitoring.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on Entra ID, Intune, and Sentinel experience, with strong communication and the ability to work independently in a remote Eastern Time Zone environment.

Qualifications

• Meets requirements to obtain a security clearance; potential growth into a cleared role.
• Direct experience administering Microsoft Entra ID and cloud identities.
• Hands-on expertise using Microsoft Intune for cloud endpoint management.
• Practical exposure to Microsoft Sentinel for security event monitoring and alert triage.
• Broad knowledge of M365 Tenant Administration and partner-assisted IT operating models.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with staff and external vendors.
• Must live in the Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Identity & Access Management: admin Entra ID, user provisioning, RBAC, MFA, CA policies.
• Endpoint Management: device compliance, deployments, baseline security, patching via Intune.
• Security & Log Monitoring: monitor telemetry, review alerts, assist with log collection.
• Tenant Administration & Partner Liaison: manage M365 licensing and external partner coordination.
• Internal Tool Support (Optional): assist with SharePoint, PowerApps, or internal forms.
