Job summary

Centric Consulting is building a talent pipeline for Microsoft 365 Project Manager opportunities. The role guides Microsoft client engagements from planning through delivery, including projects funded or supported by Microsoft partner programs.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, clear client communication, and the ability to bring order to complex or fast-moving work across hybrid work environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in consulting or enterprise environments.
• Experience leading Microsoft 365/O365 deployments is preferred.
• Strong client communication, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft client engagements from planning through delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, decisions, and documentation.
• Coordinate across client, Microsoft, and Centric teams to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate meetings, track actions, and maintain RAID logs.
• Support change management coordination and delivery documentation.
