Job summary

Experis Austria is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead delivery of Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, and cloud transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. You will manage projects from discovery through go-live and post-deployment support in a client-facing MSP/consulting environment.

Responsibilities include managing scope, budget, risks, and stakeholders, delivering migrations and cloud adoption projects, and maintaining executive-level communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex IT projects.
• Ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and delivery outcomes.
• Direct experience delivering Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, or cloud-based projects.
• Experience delivering projects within an MSP, consulting, or professional services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive projects to completion.
• Demonstrated use of recognized project management methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, and cloud transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive Microsoft 365 initiatives including migrations, tenant consolidations, collaboration platforms, endpoint modernization, and cloud adoption projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and executive-level communications.
• Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Navigate ambiguous requirements, define project priorities, and establish clear delivery plans.
• Manage project governance, reporting, change control, and risk mitigation activities.
