Job summary

Experis Austria is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead delivery of Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, and cloud transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. You will manage projects from discovery through go-live and post-deployment support in a client-facing MSP/consulting environment.

Responsibilities include managing scope, budget, risks, and stakeholders, delivering migrations and cloud adoption projects, and maintaining executive-level communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex IT projects.
• Ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and delivery outcomes.
• Direct experience delivering Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, or cloud-based projects.
• Experience delivering projects within an MSP, consulting, or professional services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive projects to completion.
• Demonstrated use of recognized project management methodologies and best practices.

• Manage project governance, reporting, change control, and risk mitigation activities.

Enterprise Project Manager - Microsoft 365 & Cloud Delivery

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, and Cloud Transformation projects for enterprise clients.

Working within a client-facing MSP/consulting environment, you will manage projects from discovery and planning through implementation, migration, go-live, and post-deployment support. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to client objectives.

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive projects to completion.

Project Management Expertise

• Project management is your primary profession and area of expertise.
• Demonstrated use of recognized project management methodologies and best practices.
