Job summary

Xtensys is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to secure, optimize, and govern a multi-tenant Microsoft 365 environment for health-system clients. You will own day-to-day administration and drive user adoption across tenants.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with Information Security, and help implement governance, DLP, and retention policies. This is a remote role with occasional travel to Xtensys and partner sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of practical experience in Microsoft 365 administration across tenants.
• Hands-on work with Exchange Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience automating admin tasks via PowerShell and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Manage and secure Microsoft 365 services across multiple tenants.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for incidents and requests.
• Implement governance, retention, and security controls.
• Develop automation and runbooks for provisioning and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Information Security and IT teams.
