Synthesis Health is looking for an IT Security Engineer responsible for the daily administration of a modern Microsoft 365 environment within a 100% remote healthcare SaaS company. Qualifications

• Experience operating in a one‑person or small‑team IT environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft security tools.
• Ability to automate and improve IT operations.

Responsibilities

• End-user IT support for Microsoft 365 and general technology issues.
• Administer endpoints across macOS and Windows using Intune.
• Manage operational ownership of Entra ID and compliance frameworks.
