Job summary

Jobs Ai is hiring a Microsoft 365 Administrator to own configuration, security, and ongoing management of our Microsoft 365 environment. The role ensures users stay productive, data remains secure, and the platform aligns with business needs.

Remote, full-time position with a competitive compensation package and benefits. You will manage identity, access, and policy frameworks across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related services, while enabling migrations and platform upgrades.

Qualifications

3 years administering Microsoft 365 in mid-to-large environments.
Strong working knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams.
Familiarity with Intune, Defender, and Microsoft Purview.
PowerShell scripting proficiency and related tooling.

Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune).
Manage identity, access, and conditional access policies in Entra ID.
Implement and maintain compliance, retention, and DLP policies.
Configure email security, anti-phishing, and threat protection settings.
Support migrations, integrations, and platform upgrades.
Document procedures and provide user training and support.
