Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer to administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID, in a hybrid Atlanta environment.

The role manages Active Directory and identity management, enforces security controls (CA, MFA, SSO, Zero Trust), and designs governance and data protection policies. You will automate tasks with PowerShell and Graph to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum three years supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Azure AD.
Experience with security and compliance solutions, licensing, and automation with PowerShell.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
Manage hybrid Exchange and mail flow activities.
Administer Active Directory and identity management, including user lifecycle and access control.
Design and maintain security controls such as Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and Zero Trust practices.
Configure and support policies for security, compliance, retention, governance, and data protection.
Support deployment, governance, and adoption of Copilot and AI-enabled tools.
Develop and maintain PowerShell and Graph automation solutions for operational efficiency.
