Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a full-time Microsoft Copilot Administrator to manage user adoption, onboarding and training for Microsoft Copilot solutions, and ensure data security and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities include designing and managing Active Directory domains, administering Microsoft 365 services, and leading migrations from legacy systems to Microsoft 365 with an emphasis on security and compliance within a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of five years of IT experience with extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell for automation.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Active Directory domains and related identity services in a hybrid enterprise environment.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• Lead planning and execution of migrations from legacy systems to Microsoft 365, ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards.
