Job summary

PrePass, North America’s trusted weigh-station bypass and toll management platform, seeks a hands-on Microsoft 365 Administrator. You will manage Exchange Online, Teams, Intune-managed endpoints, SharePoint and OneDrive, and Entra ID across the tenant in a regulated setting with SOC 2 Type II and GovRAMP progress.

You’ll administer the Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment and surface risks/opportunities to IT leadership while ensuring policy-aligned operations and comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years administering Microsoft 365 in a production environment.
• Hands-on Exchange Online administration — mailboxes, mail flow, tracing and rules.
• Experience with Intune device enrollment and policy configuration.
• Teams administration including policy and lifecycle management.
• SharePoint Online and OneDrive permission administration.
• PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph for bulk ops and reporting.
• RBAC, access policies, and governance controls.
• Ability to document procedures and communicate status to IT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Administer Exchange Online mailboxes, mail flow, and retention policies.
• Manage Teams policies, lifecycle, guest access, and calling features.
• Oversee Intune device enrollment, compliance, and app deployment.
• Administer SharePoint Online site collections and permission controls.
• Manage identity and access lifecycle, MFA, and conditional access.
• Lead Copilot license management and adoption reporting.
• Apply information protection policies and assist with audits.
• Build runbooks and maintain automation scripts for operations.
