CTG is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to join the Enterprise Applications Team in a full-time remote capacity. You will guide solution strategy, drive digital transformation, and partner with clients to deliver measurable business value.

You will collaborate with sales, delivery, marketing, and technical teams to mature CTG's offerings while maintaining strong client relationships. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 10+ years in solution design, development and management.
• 5-8 years as Senior/Enterprise Architect focused on app development & information mgmt.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365 technologies.
• 3+ years architecting solutions with .NET Core, Azure Functions, Docker & Kubernetes.
• Experience designing enterprise web portals using ASP.NET MVC, React, Angular, Node.js, Bootstrap.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document client requirements to establish baselines.
• Design scalable, secure Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions.
• Customize offerings to client business objectives.
• Review designs for feasibility, ROI and cost.
• Support sales pursuits with proposals and client presentations.
• Lead delivery transition and advisory support to teams.
• Share best practices and emerging technologies across teams.
• Develop training materials for sales, delivery, and marketing.
